WHERE CAN I PARK?

YOUR PARKING OPTIONS EXPLAINED

Dedicated Bays 6 and 7

For guests arriving by car, we have two dedicated car park spaces available to reserve. They are located in the new surface level car park which is minutes from our doorstep. (Victoria Car Park, Garfield Rd, TQ4 6PE)

The bays must be reserved for your stay (if your requested dates are available) and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. The cost is £7.50 per day payable in cash direct to the Cherwood Guesthouse upon your arrival. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles whilst public parking.

Should the bays already be reserved, the closest alternative car parks are:
Hyde Road, Paignton, TQ4 5BL. (Hyde Road can be accessed via a short walk through Victoria Park which is on the corner of our road) or Colin Rd, Paignton TQ3 2NR
These are approximately a 6-10 minute flat surface walk away.

Victoria (Public) Car Park is currently under renovation, but for those guests arriving after 2 June 2025, the public car park should by then have re-opened to the general public.

Guests who have a "Blue Badge" can park in Beach Road all year round provided they display both their badge and the clock.

You can also apply in advance for a saver 4 or 8 day pass for use in ALL TORBAY Council car parks (except Lower Union Lane), depending on the length of your visit*
Eight Day Permit £52
Four Day Permit £29
