Deposit Policy: To confirm your reservation, the value of the first night of your stay will be charged to your card on booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Where full payment is due, this will be made clear on booking.(Please see full details on our Booking and Payment T's & C's).
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation must be made in writing.
More than 14 days’ notice – we offer free cancellation.We will offer to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) or offer you a credit voucher to the value of any payment made to date which can be used towards your next stay with us. These options will be valid twelve months from the original arrival date. If you do not wish to choose either of these options, any payment made to date will be refunded to the original card used to make the booking. We are unable to refund to an alternative payment method.
Less than 14 days’ notice - all payments are non- refundable.We strongly advise our guests to take out suitable holiday cancellation insurance to cover their stay for any unforeseen circumstances.Subject to availability, under circumstances where more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, we may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date and carry your payment forward.However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Check in times are strictly between 3pm and 6pm. These times may be extended but only with prior arrangement.
Children: Of any age are welcome however, there is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
For the purpose of booking, any person aged 17 yrs or over is considered an adult.
Family rooms have two bunk beds which are only suitable for children.
