I stayed here for the first time visiting my mum who lives in Paigton. From the minute I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and felt very safe staying there as a single female. My room was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything in it I needed. The breakfasts are amazing and caters for every need. My wife and I stayed at the cherwood guest house paignton for the second time got to be one of the best guest Houses in torbay, Jo and Martin are two lovely people,we stayed in room 2 on the first floor it was spotless and included everything and above,with a menu to select your choice of breakfast which was superb,with carparking 50yds away and seafront 100yds away and super owners who make you so welcome there's nowhere better to stay,would definitely recommend,already booked for next year..thanks again Jo and Martin.

Upon arrival Martin greeted us with a smile, asked us how our journey was and what's our plans were for our duration-these little things go a long way. A thorough briefing was conducted - do's , don'ts and procedures in unexpected events - you aren't just a number here (Martin and Jo really care). The place itself along with furnishings are modern and very clean and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (your comfort is their happiness), Oh and the breakfast is a winner !

If you set aside for a minute that Martin and Jo are lovely people and excellent hosts who's rooms are spotless and that Martin produces best breakfast ever and think about Cherwoods location you can't go far wrong.The car park is less than 2 minutes walk away as is a large park area,the beach is about 5 minutes walk and train, shops and bus station less than 10 minutes walk all on the level with no steps. Add every together and you can see why this was our second visit this year and we have booked for next year already. Cherwood is our happy place.

We are a family of 6 and recently stayed at the Cherwood Guest House. The owners Jo and Martin were so helpful. They provided us maps, gave us a heads up of cool ways to travel like the boat to Brixham Harbour.We have 4 young children and it was a great help that they offer a wide range of dvds as we found this a good way to get them to relax before bed. The sweets and biscuits on the 1st floor that you can help yourself too went down very well.The facilities/ showers / bathroom/ utensils are all brand new and in gleaming condition.My wife’s sister stayed at the brand new hotel that has opened near by but we found the Cherwood Guest House to have much more character and charm. It’s in a brilliant location and couldn’t recommend it’s services highly enough.

Our second time at Cherwood and there will definitely be a third. Jo and Martin give 100% attention to detail and go above and beyond to make your holiday special. They have everything you need for the perfect stay. There’s umbrellas for rainy days, crab nets n buckets for the children to borrow, even blankets to take to the beach if it’s a bit nippy. They think of it all. Jo and Martin are outstanding hosts and have a natural flair with children. They are always interested to find out about your day and offer helpful advice on places to visit. They really get to know each visitor well and personalise your experience which means the world to us.Breakfast is of extremely high standard and you certainly won’t leave the dining room hungry with a vast choice, catering for all dietary needs. Martins culinary skills are on point!Every inch of Cherwood is spotlessly clean and smells divine. Towels are super soft and there’s everything you need provided in the bathroom. Even VI Poo! There no risk of bathroom odours drifting into the bedroom!The location is perfect, with the beach literally on the doorstep and so many places to eat out. You are spoilt for choice. The circus was in town during our holiday and Jo kindly gave us some discount vouchers to help reduce the cost. There’s a fun fair and arcades minutes away but the location is so quiet and peaceful, away from any hustle and bustle, so you are guaranteed the very best nights sleep in super comfy beds.Jo and Martin, we can’t thank you enough. We love you both and can’t wait for a return visit. xx

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was ample and clean with a nice clean ensuite. Breakfast was well cooked and presented with plenty on offer and very tasty. We booked the Cherwood for a few nights. To the build up of our stay, Jo and Martin were very helpful sending relevant information about local places to go, eat, enjoy. We were able to reserve parking in the nearby car park.Once we arrived we were greeted by Martin, very friendly and welcoming, gave us all the information we would need about the Cherwood. Our room was lovely. Loved the personalised touch of our welcome card. The room was very spacious for our family of 4. We had everything we needed, plenty of storage, sweet ensuite bathroom. Facilities to make tea/coffee.Later we met Jo, also very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast on site by our choice but it was very straightforward ordering it ready for the next morning.Ovwral we really have a very enjoying and relaxed stay would definitely recommendThank you both!

We've spent 2 nights at Sherwood Guest House. Our room was airy, clean and well equipped. My 4 year old daughter especially appreciated free lollipops& sweets in the hall :-), also selection of children's books and dvd's was very good. Jo and Martin are perfect hosts, my daughter coudn't wait each morning to see them, the breakfast was scrumptious. The keys to the front door meant you can come in and out as you please. You are only short walk away from the beaches, Paington Pier, playpark and the shops so perfect location. Cherwood is a lovely guesthouse, located on a quiet road within 2-3 minutes walking from the seafront or town centre. The beach is sandy and nearby is the pier, a children’s swing park, a cinema, crazy golf etcCherwood is a step up from a normal b&b, with littletouches such as a pod coffee maker, fluffy bathrobes, stylish decoration throughout. The breakfast included fruit, cereals, yoghurt, juice, toast plus a variety of cooked options including full English, eggs Benedict, waffles etc. You can see more pictures on their website.Martin and Jo are friendly, attentive hosts, welcoming you into their home and always willing to provide ideas for restaurants or things to do in the area. You can unload your car outside, and there is parking a couple of minutes walk away in a public car park with plenty of space. If you ask, Martin & Jo may be able to provide their reduced cost reserved space. We stayed in room 2 which was light and spacious.We enjoyed the coastal path walk to Brixham and Berry Head and even saw dolphins and seals on the way.Thank you for a relaxing holiday. We would thoroughly recommend Cherwood.

I’m not sure there’s enough characters in one of these reviews to encompass how utterly wonderful Jo and Martin are. If you’re in need of somewhere to stay with two completely genuine hosts - look no further. I can honestly (and happily) say that together they provide the most fantastic service, with sincere interest in what you’ve got planned whilst you’re visiting. At no point did I feel like any interaction was stifled or forced, nor that they were being overbearing. I got the vibe that nothing (within a reasonable remit) was too much trouble. The room was clean, airy and fully suitable for what I needed, and the breakfast was excellent for the price. If I get the opportunity to visit Paignton again in the near future, I’ll be going straight to them for availability.

Had a lovely stay at the Cherwood Guest House. My wife and I stayed in the double room for a couple nights and it was a really nice little get away. The hosts were amazing and really nice; the breakfasts were gorgeous; and the room was very clean and comfortable.

If your looking for a Bed and Breakfast in Paignton then look no further this is the place for you. Jo and Martin are the perfect hosts, from the time we got there until we left we were made to feel welcome. This accommodation is close to the sea front and warm and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and breakfast was superb. I would recommend this accommodation highly

Martin and Jo made us feel really welcome, they have created some stylish rooms that exceed expectations. Cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good selection of cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit. The location was brilliant being so close to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Martin and Jo couldn't have done any more to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible.

This was our second visit to Jo & Martin’s guesthouse to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Again we had a lovely welcome and catch up with the year just passed. Jo & Martin always have time for you which makes it very special. The day always starts with Martin’s lovely breakfast and Jo’s great front of house welcome. We where presented with a bottle of bubbly and a lovely vase of flowers on our table, with a card left in our room. Very easy booking and great communication before we arrived. Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly and took and interest in us as well as having a great knowledge of the local area and attractions.The room was just what we needed and was cosy and beautifully decorated with thoughtful extras. What an absolute top notch, gem of a guest house. We had the absolute best time staying at Cherwood with two children in tow. We were blown away from the start with the most professional yet personal service we received on the phone when booking with Jo. On arrival we were all greeted warmly and we were amazed at Jo and Martins ability to remember everyone’s names. First impressions were simply wonderful in this immaculately, spotless, clean and well organised establishment. The room was kitted out with toiletries, towels and even had soft toys for the kiddies. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and comfortable with extra little touches that made us smile-a fan for the hot weather, notepad n pen and a personalised welcome card. There were lots of beachy bits to borrow too, which our children delighted in testing out.Breakfast was a hit with the whole family with a vast array of options, although you do have to preorder in advance for the following day. We ate like kings!(And Queens) Nothing was too much trouble and Jo made us all feel so welcome. Martin is now our childrens favourite chef and always came in to chat to the children each morning.The only downside to Cherwood is that there is no insight parking, but it’s well worth paying that little bit extra for the multi story car park which is literally across the road. It’s location is ideal with the beach a mere stones throw away and the shops n arcades very close by. Theres so much to do, you really don’t have to go far to have the best holiday. Jo and Martin are at hand with suggestions for trips out or local places to eat. They go the extra mile to help everyone.Honestly can’t fault them and send the biggest thanks for making our stay sooooo, so special.

Absolutely the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were lovely and spacious..clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is extensive and all tastes amazing. Myself and my 8-year-old daughter stayed for 2 nights over May half term. I cannot recommend this guest house enough. The communication from the moment we booked was outstanding. On checking in Martin was great and showed us to our room and explained about the facilities. The room was a great size and very modern and clean with lots of extra little touches. We had a great time exploring Paignton. We both had a wonderful night sleep as the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was served by Jo and Martin and this was really good and kept us going for most of the day. Jo and Martin are wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. My daughter actually cried when we left and wanted to stay longer. I would definitely book to stay again.

We booked for three nights so we could walk some more sections of the coast path. Easy 2 minute walk to the sea front and the the path so could happily go straight from the accommodation. Wonderful hosts, beautifully presented B&B, great breakfast - didn't over do the quantity of toast which we loved! Would definitely book again if we were heading this way.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Room even had a personalised welcome note. The kids were delighted to see their names on there. They totally loved their room with a bunk bed and their own tv. Breakfast was excellent, freshly made as per order.

Our first stay but definately not our last. Our room was ready early so we had a message to say we could check in which was great.A lovely warm welcome greeted us from Martin, Jo was out so we met her at breakfast the following morning.The whole house was immaculate and spotless and the decor done beautifully.Our room had everything you needed and the little touches were very well thoughtout, the shower was also excellent.Breakfast (cooked by Martin) was the best we've ever had in any b and b previously, a high accolade but so very true. We did meet Jo at breakfast who was very warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The location in Paignton is the best, out the door and right to the beach and pier, left to the shops, buses, steam train plus all on the flat so very accessible.Very Highly Recommend, 10 out 10, if you over look this one, you've missed a treat you will regret.

We stayed at Cherwood Guest House for 6 nights. Jo & Martin very friendly since we arrived.We stayed at the Family Room, good size for a couple only or with one or two kids. Toilet a bit small but manageable. If you are a big size might have a struggle!The whole B & B very clean and quiet.Breakfast a lot of choices and good organize, Martin cooking is very good.Jo always talking to her guest before breakfast start, it's very nice thoughtAlthough we are not plan go back to Paignton soon. But I would recommend Cherwood Guest House when you decide stay in PaigntonPlease aware because B & B very close to town in a good location, that's mean parking is not free!

Cherwood was the perfect B&B for a few days away relaxing, the hosts were lovely, always ready to help with anything. Breakfast very good, and close to shops and beach.

We found our time staying at Cherwood very comfy, hosts were friendly, helpful, breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice, granddaughter was most impressed with having her own little annexe our room slept 3.Rooms had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay,great location, granddaughter once again enjoyed watching dvd's on an evening.

We stayed here on a room only basis, as it was a better option for us. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and were warm and friendly. The spaciousroom we had was spotless and had all the soaps and hand gels we needed. The showers were modern and easy to use. Tea and coffee were provided with extra readily available to help yourself if needed.We would not hesitate to recommend to others about staying here. We shall be booking up to stay again in the future.The location is good being 5mins from town center/ bus station/ rail station so ideal for trips out.

Me and my family stayed here over the August Bank Holiday. We had a lovely stay and the hosts were wonderful and welcoming. Always asked if we needed anything.The guest house was nicely decorated and modern. The room had the typical appliances and if we ran out of tea and coffee there was a cupboard in the hallway where we could help our selves, also lollies for the kids. The only down side to the room was the shower. Once turned on it was rather noisy not sure if it was ment to be. Luckily we are not up early as it would probably wake the next rooms up.Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Another fantastic stay , I can’trecommend Cherwood enough . Rooms are to a high standard , breakfast and the choice is amazing especially for the children , hosts are great friendly and helpful. Pleasant short stay in a friendly, traditional but modern B & B. Felt comfortable travelling alone and cannot fault the hosts.Small room but clean and well laid out. Temperature was fine with window shut (against street noise) - but wonder if a fan would be available if it had been hotter?Breakfast was well cooked and just the right portion size. Would have been good to know herbal teas were available on the pre-order form - also would be good to have these in the rooms. Poached eggs could be a little softer (runny yolk please!) but the hollandaise was the best I've ever had! Would definitely stay again if in Paignton.

My husband and I stayed at the cherwood with our two young grandsons and two very close friends. We had the most warm welcome from Jo and Martin. The stay was comfortable and rooms kitted out with all your needs for both adults and children. Our time here was most relaxing and comfortable with beautiful rooms and brilliant food. We loved our stay at the Cherwood.The new owners Jo and Martin are a fantastic couple and the experiencevery much improved compared to our last stay here a couple of years ago.This is the nicest B&B we have stayed in and will always be our number one choice from now on.It is spotlessly clean with hand sanitizer placed in convenient locations around the building.The room we stayed in was spacious with plenty of storage space and well built modern furniture. The bed was very comfortable so no problem getting settledat night.Martin cooks a great breakfast and they offer a great selection to choose from on the menu so if you don’t fancy a fry up they have you covered. I noticed they also offer both vegetarian and vegan breakfast options which I will let my vegetarian friends know about as this can be a struggle to find.Nothing is too much trouble for Jo and Martin. They are so welcoming and make you feel relaxed and comfortable.Personalisedlittle touches in the room and the availability of dvds and books-to occupy the children. The bowl of lollipops is very popular with the youngerones. It was much appreciated by our child as was the use of a body board for the beach.The B&B is centrally located but in a quiet side street so you don’t hear the music and noise from the bars.An extremely enjoyable a stay -See you soon Jo and Martin and good luck with the rest of your first season with many more to come.

We've just spent a week with our young children here and we plan on returning. Jo and Martin were perfect hosts, extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The guest house and our room were lovely and modern, pristine, comfortable and a home from home, with everything we needed, including sweets, books and DVDs to borrow. We looked forward to breakfast in the mornings which was always absolutely delicious.The location is perfect as it's a two minute walk from the front and all the shops etc, plus we had plenty of info on what to do in the local area from the hosts.Thank you Jo and Martin for our perfect stay!

I have just returned from a 2 night stay at Cherwood house with my daughter, mum and aunt, and what a fabulous stay we had. Check-in wasn't until 3 so I contacted Jo & Martin and asked if I could pick up the pre booked parking tickets beforehand so we could explore Paignton, upon collecting the tickets at 1pm we were told that both rooms were infact ready and we could check in. This was a very welcome surprise after travelling for 2.5 hours with a 6 year old.Throughout our stay Jo and Martin were very attentive hosts and could not do any more for us. Both breakfasts we had were delicious and the free sweets were a lovely touch - my daughter especially appreciated these! Lending her a lilo for the beach went down well too.Both rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a short break.We had a great break and would definitely recommend Cherwood house to anyone staying in Paignton. I stayed for two nights in the single room which was clean, comfortable and perfect for my stay.Vegan breakfast was good.The owners were friendly and helpful.The road outside the window when open at night was noisy at times but it's a central location near the beach so to be expected in August. It wasn't a big problem.Happy to stay here again if in Paignton

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and smiles. Our room was clean and comfortable with an endless supply of tea, coffee and sweets for the kids! The process of ordering breakfast was organised and easy with a choice of time slot and a lovely selection of food on the menu. Amazing stay with jo and martin you can see their passion as soon as you walk in the building they ate so friendly my son ollie is 7 and abit of a chatter box lol but even at breakfast time they made time for everyone chatted with all martin popped his head round to say good morning to all food was amazing gteat choice we had room 4 family room ollie loved the bunk beds and his own tv in his little room ,the room was beautifully decorated on the hall they had sweets for the children ,dvds,books and help yourself to more coffee ect.downstaires was umbrellas buckets for the children floats very very well organized nothing was to much trouble we was leaving sunday but stayed till monday to have extra day,and we are definitely going back as soon as we can thankyou very much jo and martin for our stay and hope to see you soon ollie says hi and he is missing you all and the dog already ????????????????????????????????

We had a lovely weekend staying at Cherwood Guest House. Jo and Martin were wonderful hosts, keen to help us make the most of the local activities, and made us feel at home during our stay. Jo & Martin have made their guest house a home from home. It’s the little touches that made our stay magic. The guesthouse itself is very tastefully decorated and is very well maintained. Our room was very comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee, big towels, lovely throws and cushions as well as extra little touches like a personal note to welcome us. We had a warm welcome from both Jo and Martin even when we arrived later than planned. They couldn’t do enough for us but equally gave us the space to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had (and I’ve stayed in many a B&B and hotel). i highly recommend The Cherwood for anyone who is looking for quality, 1st class hospitality, practicality and home comfort with a little sprinkle of magic on everything. We had the most warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Martin and Josie – really fantastic hosts. We stayed in a triple room which was just right to accommodate ourselves and our teenage daughter for a couple of nights stay.The room was fresh and clean, tastefully decorated and we had a great sleep in really comfortable beds.As well as having the choice of fruit and cereals, we all opted for the traditional breakfast which was great to set us up for the day – but lots of other choice too.The B&B is perfectly located near to the beach front and we had dinner and drinks out near the harbour area and went for some lovely local walks and also had a trip to the zoo.Would really recommend to anyone for a relaxing, comfortable stay near the sea.Will most definitely be returning for another visit very soon !

Excellent location with the pier a 2 minute walk and all the family friendly pubs on the front easily accessible. Great check in, COVID secure environment. Jo and Martin looked after us at breakfast with extra fruit for our 3 year old and a tasty full English. They took time out to engage with our son and opened the door when we arrived with a ‘Hi Dougie’ which he was very impressed with! Rooms and communal areas all neat and tidy, will definitely book again next time we visit Torbay.

We received a very warm welcome by Jo & Martin. We were 3 families with 3 young teenagers, a 6yr old, a 2 yr old & 6 adults.Rooms were immaculate with a lovely Welcome card. Rooms are individually styled with great taste & are comfortable with a homely modern feel.Covid rules were followed throughout so we felt very safe.Breakfast orders & timings were agreed the night before, meaning breakfast service was efficient & ‘easy’ for such a large group of people with children. Children’s cutlery and plates were provided for the little ones, which is rare & a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful with good quality produce.There is a children’s corner offering activity books,dvd’s & reading books (as well as some treats).We thought we might struggle with a group of mixed ages keeping everyone happy, however we found it extremely easy & stress free.The location is perfect for being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops & the park. All in all we could not fault anything & are looking to book again soon.

Drove from Warrington on the off chance of booking in somewhere in Paignton found the Cherwood and booked in for 3 nights and what a gem of a guest house with equally brilliant hosts Jo and Martin couldn't be more helpful and spot on from start to finish nothing was a problem I would highly recommend the Cherwood for peace and comfort and first class hospitality we will be going back.

We loved our 2 night stay at Cherwood Guest House. The room was perfect for us with a double bed and one single bed for our daughter. The room was so clean and nicely decorated. Our daughter loved the TV in her section of the room which was a bonus. Jo and Martin were so friendly and are obviously very good with children too. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel! My bedroom was absolutely stunning, as was the bathroom. Definitely the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time! The hosts have thought of everything and it feels very luxurious.Breakfast was also perfect with a great choice of options from the menu- I had a delicious fry up, fresh fruit and some patisseries.Jo and Martin are lovely and will go above and beyond to make your stay completely magic. We stayed few days as family with two young children. Jo & Martin were such lovely hosts. They are friendly, kind and very good with kids. The breakfast was tasty and had good selection. We stayed at room 8 (Family room) and it was very clean with lovely decorations. Our kids loved the books/ DVD and sweets section. The location was perfect the beach/ kids play area/ shops/ car parking was near by. We highly recommend this place and we will be back again soon!

Under new management,this super Guest House was as good as we have stayed in.The Hosts,Jo & Martin left no stone unturned regarding the comfort of their guests.We had the Deluxe room, which was clean & fresh & bright.Everything you need for a few days break.The place was further enhanced by its location !Situated in a quite street tucked behind the main streets of Paignton, so everything within a few minutes walk!We are a couple with no children, but, it seemed they catered well for anyone with kids, so, all good there.All in all,I can recommend this guest house to anyone.

Great Location, close to town centre and seafront. Very welcoming and my double room was really nice with a great shower and comfortable bed. I slept well and woke to a breakfast that was tasty and complete as anyone might want. Will certainly book to stay there again when in Paignton. How my groups sense of humour was coped with I shall never know! Already planning our return.

A really nice guest house close to the sea front. Hazel was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room and guest house were clean and the breakfast was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Hazel is a super friendly, welcoming host. Nothing was too much trouble.The guest house is super clean and modern, with many Covid 19 measures in place. Beds were really comfortable and I got a fantastic nights sleep.Plenty of facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant and bars.Breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of variety.I highly recommend! A big thank you to David and Hazel for making our four night stay an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The covid measures put in place make you feel safe and comfortable, a very warm welcome on arrival and every time we saw Hazel or David they always spoke to us and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend the Cherwood and we will look at returning in the future.

Arrived for a three night stay and was pleasantly surprised. A good location, one min from seafront, and five min from town center. We were greeted by the friendly owners and after booking in we parked round the corner and unpacked.The room was quite large and well set out. Tea and coffee provided with plenty of refills available. Because of covid restrictions breakfast is done in three sittings. Plenty of choice and well laid out.All in all a very nice place to stay and one that we would come back to and recomend to anyone. One word of warning the rooms are all upstairs so may not be suitable to anyone with mobility issues.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Cherwood guest house for 5 nights and we were both very impressed by the amazing service provided via the owners of the guest house. They were both so friendly and accommodating. The interior design was very modern and impressive. Breakfast was served every morning to us, which was very enjoyable and there was a good portion size. The location was very convenient as it was a very short walk to the town centre and beach.

We spent 4 nights here last week.On arrival, we were greeted by Hazel and were told of how things worked, including the social distancing at breakfast which was lovely each day.The room was perfect as is the location, walking distance to all amenities,including the beech, the pier, harbour, shops, bars and restaurants and the free parking at the pub car park round the corner was an added bonus.We would recommend this hotel to all, including couples and families. Stayed 5 nights here, cannot fault it at all. The owner hazel went above and beyond for us to the point of helping us trying to jump start our carand leaving our daughters milk out for us one night. Breakfast was lovely, room clean and tidy, located right near the beach and pier. If I was to return to Paignton I would book here with no hesitation.

This is the second time we have stayed here since 2018. The hotel is spotlessly clean and you will have a warm welcome from Hazel and David. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is in a great location.

Because of the coronavirus we could not travel to the UK and stay at Cherwood Hotel, this did not stop them from deducting one nights accommodation after we were forced to cancel at no fault of ours. It must be common practice for hotel in the UK to rip tourists off.

Fantastic place, Hazel our host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the area. The Cherwood was very clean throughout and our room was spotless. In a nutshell amazing place and would highly recommend.

Beds were very comfy, room was spotless, our little one loved the space separated from the adult bed.Hazel and David were very friendly and welcoming felt like we had been friends with them before our stay. Absolutely brilliant stay with Hazel and David once again. This is our 3rd time staying at Cherwood and it definitely won't be our last, Hazel and David are both so welcoming, the dogs are gorgeous and friendly when they come to say hello after breakfast has finished, even Hazels 2 boys are friendly (if a little shy!) The rooms are all beautifully decorated and always spotlessly clean. Whichever choice you make for breakfast, be it a full english or the waffles David makes sure that it is cooked to perfection every time! As a family they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was everything we asked for, add to that the fact that Paignton is a beautiful little town with so much to do on the doorstep and its no wonder that i tell everyone it is my happy place!Thank you so much again Hazel and David, we will be in touch soon to book again!!

The hosts of Cherwood were very friendly and welcoming, the room was ideal with the partition separating the bunk beds from the double bed, they were very accomodating at breakfast for fussy children. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend it.

Good accommodation, clean, friendly people who own it. unfortunately my eldest child was not completely well and the weather took a turning for the worst. My youngest was bored so we left early. Nothing to do with accommodation though. Lovely all round holiday. Great attractions around. Not far from beach and local harvester. Lovely chippy and park for the kids and lidl close by.Shame my child was poorly or we would of stayed longer

The Cherwood Guest House was a big thumbs up everyhing was perfect. The staff Hazel and David were very welcoming and there dogs were very freindly too especialy with the kids. The facilities were excellent and the room was just right. The breakfast was just spot on the location was more than we asked for right in the middle of Paignton very handy for everything. I woukd highly recommend the Cherwood Guest House to stay in.

Our stay at the cherwood was fantastic,the family run b and b was very welcoming and hazel and david couldnt do enough to make stay enjoyable,extremely clean through out we had 2 excellent nights sleep in comfy beds followed by a superb breakfast with plenty o choice,location is a 5 minute walk from town centre and seafront would highly recommend the cherwood and are already planning our next visit

Everything was superb - starting with warm welcome from Hazel, early check-in, lovely room - spacious, great bed and sofa. Beautifully refurbished guest house - from top to bottom - tasteful and classy. Good food. Excellent service throughout 4 nights stay. Terrific location. Easy access to everything- including bus and railway station. Grateful for Hazel arranging cheap parking permit to park in next street.Great bus service - even on a Sunday-didn't need to use our car. Will definitely recommend to friends. I’m so glad I found this gem of a guesthouse! Spent a lovely weekend here for the Torbay airshow, made all the more enjoyable because of Hazel, who is very welcoming and a lovely lady!Great location just a stones throw from the beach and all the bustle of Paignton. Room was cozy, clean and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast was devoured by all and I could eat those homemade vanilla pancakes every day. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you. 😊

I have been coming to Paignton for about the last 5 years and will only stay at the Cherwood. Hazel and David are terrific hosts and nothing is too much trouble.I got upgraded to a double room at no extra cost for my 7 night stay.Choice of breakfast will appease the finicky and the starving. Rooms redecorated with showers that work properly.You've tried the rest . . .Now stay at the best for a very reasonable price.

A first class stay throughout. We felt welcomed from the minute we stepped through the door and were looked after very well. Our room was great, the beds very comfy and the breakfast plenty and delicious! Even parking was taken care of. I would highly recommend a stay at Cherwood Hotel.

We had a fabulous short stay at the guesthouse. The owners were friendly and super accommodating (bringing hot chocolate and biscuits up for my boys).The room was clean an modern and had everything we needed for our stay.We loved the extra touches such as books, DVD's and games available to burrow.The location was excellent for the seafront.We would definitely stay here again. 😀

This is the second time we have stayed here and once again we cannot fault this establishment. Hazel and Dave are welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are lovely. My daughter loves their dogs but has a soft spot for Buddy who helped her get over her fear of dogs. We will be back again and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very central to all of Paignton’s attractions.

Nice little B and B within a 3 moinute walkimg distance to the seafront and beach. Owners are very friendly and easy going. Rooms have a tv with a dvd player and there are films as wrll as games to select from in reception. All tooms very modern and clean. Would visit again.

We came back to The Cherwood after staying 18 months ago. As was then, the rooms were v clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was v good and set us up for the day ahead. Hazel is a lovely host, making us very welcome and nothing was too much. We will definitely be going back there. Thank you Hazel, David and the dogs.

Ideally situated in the heart of Paignton, in a quiet, pleasant road, with parking close by. Excellent, modern family room with quality beds and bedding- an excellent nights' sleep was had by all. Breakfast was cooked to order at a time of your choosing, and it was a really good breakfast. Friendly proprietors in this family-friendly hotel made for a wonderful short break. Wow! Absolutely fantastic stay at cherwood, Hazel and David were so lovely and helpful and made us feel completely at home, even offering some of their childs toys for my son to play with! We left after four days with a promise to book again for october and next August, 100% rating in our books!!

We had booked a family holiday in advance via a booking website. Unfortunately, as the time drew near two family members passed away and one funeral was right in the middle of our holiday.We rang the hotel to explain and Hazel (proprietor) was so helpful at this upsetting time. We were very lucky and she was able to move our holiday by two days so we could go to the first funeral and return for the second. She was also able to accommodate one extra night so we could leave early.In addition this Bed and Breadfast is fantastic. Welcoming and friendly staff who helped my little girl get over her fear of dogs. Aimee now loves them.Clean, extremely well presented and we were sorry to leave. Lovely breakfast. We will be back again.Thank you, you turned a very sad time into a lovely holiday.

We were a par of four adults staying in two roseate rooms. From the moment we arrived to our departure Hazel could not do enough for us!The room were stylish and spotless, the breakfast offered a varied choice and was delicious! ''This was our second stay at the Cherwood Hotel and we would certainly return, once again we were not disappointed!

We stayed at the Cherwood from Friday through to the following Bank Holiday Monday with our 12 year old son and had a fabulous time. Hazel and David made us feel most welcome andwere very accommodating. The room was a very decent size room with a separate area for our son to sleep in. They was having works done the next day and Hazel made sure to let us know about this so we wouldn't be rudely awakened. She offered us some great advice as to suitable places to visit and to eat and when it was raining on the Sunday she told us the best place to visit and she was right. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to exactly how we requested it and at the times we requested. The hotel is perfectly situated near the sea, harbour, shops, amusements and some lovely restaurants. With Free Wifi and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there was no reason to be bored on our mini break. I would totally recommend a visit here, but book direct to save money. Stayed at cherwood for 11 nights and it was a very modern, very clean, very comfatable guest house, the family room was great as seperate area for the kids to go to bed and watch tv, Hazel and David and her sons are so lovely and make u feel at home, nothing was ever to much trouble, breakfast was outstanding u had lots of choices of juices, yoghurts and cereals and then a cooked breakfast of your choice which was gorgeous. The cherwood is a lovely B&B decorated beautifully and is most importantly clean! Hazel and David are so kind and welcoming and will not hesitate to assist with anything you need. There is a calm relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home and are free to come and go as you please. There are tvs in the rooms and dvds to borrow if you have young children, which can be a god send! The range of breakfasts suit anyone's needs and the full English is perfect! Overall we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

As the title says, I enjoyed all three days that I stayed. The owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating, I receiveda very pleasant welcome on arrival from Hazel and Dave , the guest house I found spotlessly clean and fresh together with everything in place as you would expect from a well run hotel.It’s location is superb for all amenities and also great car parking facilities.Altogether I would highly recommend this B+B for either short stay or traditional holiday break.I have stayed in many hotels and B+B in Paignton and this is by far the best.

Had a lovely stay here with my other half and two kids... very accommodating and welcoming to us all, especially our toddler (who loved the dogs and the goldfish).The accommodation is immaculate, light, spacious and modern, a travel cot was provided which was a massive help and there are lots of little touches which made our stay very comfortable!The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach and bars ... recommended 👍

This young couple have got Cherwood just right. Clean welcoming unpretentious and a delight in every way. I can thoroughly recommend this guest house to families and all travellers alike. Also two minutes walk from the beach but down a quiet side road. Good breakfast as well !

Wow.....This hotel is absolutely unbelievable both with the recent new furnishings along with the excellant treatment from the owners.Nothing was too much trouble from our initial phone call to book the Cherwood through to the end of our one night stay.We stayed in the Kingsize En-suite (room 7) which had a large bed along with beautiful matching furnishings and ample of room.When we looked out of our window we were also able to view Paigntons pier. In addition to this, the lovely Hazel sorted our car parking out for the best price of £3.50 which was for the car park literally on the next street behind the Green Inn pub.This enabled us to park until late evening the following day (if we wished) and for the same one off price.The price of the room also included our two breakfasts which we chose a full english each which came with tea, coffee and toast too. We found the Cherwood Hotel by surfing the internet and are absolutely thrilled and can say we definately made the right decision.The best place we have ever stayed and will definately use this accomodation (without doubt), should we visit Paignton again.VERY RECOMMENDED !!!!Thank you ' The Cherwood ' for help making our holiday very comfortable and most enjoyable x

The single room seems a bit smaller on first impression, but I still had sufficient space for my suitcase and most importantly it was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the owners very friendly and the location is perfect - near to the station and the beach, but still in a very quiet street. Would stay again.

We travelled from Basingstoke on a Friday night... Hazel and David waited up until we arrived at 9pm. They were very welcoming abd friendly.We had the family room, which the boys loved... their own TV,and space within earshot but away from prying eyes.The bed was amazingly comfortable,so hubster is buying one himself... the room was clean and welcoming,there was plenty of tea and coffee making facilities unlike most places where they have one of everything... there was also plenty of space for every one to be able to unpack their clothes(another rarity). The en suite was clean and the shower lovely.Breakfast was perfect, all our dietary needs we're catered for, it was delicious and filling and neither boys needed feeding again until about 1pm. The location is central to.the town area and the beach, and parking facilities are very good for a small price. I would totally recommend a stay here, it's reasonably priced and very clean. The recent work done to it makes it stand out from the rest of the establishments in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to our next visit. Xx

Very friendly and helpful, fixed door knob on bathroom straight away when reported it had come off, lovely white towels and sheets, family room was a bit too airless in very hot weather. A fan would have been useful. Breakfast ample and well cooked. Very convenient for beach and town. I'd recommend!

We are not regular users of B&B establishments, but that doesn't mean we don't know a good one when we find it.Quite simply, Cherwood is the best we have come across.Our room was immaculate.The friendly and efficient service from Hazel was exemplary. The breakfast was superb with a huge variety of cereals as well as "a full English" - with the important addition of real fresh fruit!In addition, they got in some gluten-free bread for me at very short notice.I'll give them better notice next time!Heartily recommended!

I can not thank Hazel and Dave enough for the hospitality they showed Me and my family thia bank holiday weekend. The hotel is clean and tidy (i even found them mopping at 11pm), we had room 8 the family room which even with kingsize bed, bunk beds and wardrobes and draws still had room for my one year old to run around and play. There is no long term parking outside the hotel but you can park to drop your things in and purchase a permit from Dave and Hazel for £3 for 24 hours for a car park which is 2 minutes walk. We had breakfast included each morning with a choice of cereals yoghurts and cooked breakfast or cooked breakfast sandwhich. We opted for 2 childrens cooked breakfasts each morning and 1 adult cooked breakfast and breakfast sandwich. Orders are placed the night before and you select a time you will be down and the food is freshly cooked for your arrival. I especially liked that the breakfasts were coooked as opposed to fried as this ensured they were not greasy especially for my boys and the food was delicious. The room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and well presented. En-suite was good eith very powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection of cold or cooked food. Hazel and Dave were brilliant hosts. Loved it.

A flying visit to Paignton from Scotland to attend a family party and found this hotel via booking.com very comfortable / clean family room with every facility you expect to find in a premium establishment, and a good breakfast just what was needed the morning after the night before. Will definitely stay again hopefully for an extended stay.

Unfortunately we was using the Cherwood for a base during our visit to Devon for a sombre occasion. We was made very welcome with the wonderful hosts, Hazel and David and the extremely loveable Buddy and Grace. The room was very comfortable, cosy, warm and clean. Just perfect for what we needed. Thank you David for the lovely breakfasts, perfect start to the days, no rumbling stomachs! We shall be back for hopefully happier times.

We very much enjoyed our 13 days holiday with youfrom the 9th August to the 22nd.We are now back home in Spain.As I promised, here is my poem called,Putting Food on the Slate.The service here is really great,as in the restaurant, we wait.The starters finished. Now main course,and I could almost eat a horse.But what is it that we can see?What does the waitress carry?Though we are served in great style,the meals are served upon a tile.My theory's open to debate,but have they run short of a plate?I tell you readers the real truth,we need two tiles on our home's roof.Would their stock of slates diminish,if we take two, when we finish?Our neighbour's table looks, not good,their meal is on a piece of wood.It seems that our neighbours can't win,as blood from steaks, so rare, soaks in.It may be great, or even swell,a train worker cooks on a shovel.But please chef, or maybe the cook,give us some plates. Not the new look.Then our pleasure will be complete,for starter, main course, and the sweet.I wrote it 2 years ago. Hope you like it.Bye for now.John and Cynthia Stevens.

Would defo book again.Owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. So much so, that my partner had breakfast in bed as he was too poorly to come down!Rooms are spacious and very clean. This small hotel was adequate for a short stay (linked to golf!) It is run by enthusiastic proprietors. There are just one or two things that need improving, but on the whole good value for money

stayed 5 days from sat30th sept 2017. 2nd time I've stayed here, new owners Hazel and family were wonderful. Single room was clean and had enough space for my needs, good shower and new mattress. Very comfortable stay. excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Hazel even tumble dried my jacket when i got drenched ! would highly recommend

Stayed at Cherwood for the first time last week for 4 nights.I can say it ticked all the boxs,bed,&room lovely ,clean&spaceuse.we had room 7on the front.Dave cooked an excellent breakfast.Hazel was lovely &friendlyperson,nothing to much trouble.she sorted me outwith the wi-fi which was great.We where acouple of minutes from thefront where there are places to eat & get a drink.Pier just afew minutes walk away.Ideal location.will be seeing us again.Hazel & Dave.

Hazel and David were great hosts who did everything they could to make our stay a success. Extremely accommodating. The Cherwood is in a great little spot close to the beach and is clean & tidy throughout.

My family and I had a lovely three night stay at The Cherwood so we could attend a wedding at Cockington Hall. The location was perfect only two minutes from the green and beach. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the hosts, Hazel and David, welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts amazing.We would highly recommend and stay there again. Thank you

My husband and I and our 2 grandchildren recently visited Paignton and we stayed at the Cherwood Hotel which was excellent in every way. We received a warm welcome, our family room was perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is a 'stone's throw' away from the beach, pier, shops and restaurants and it is a short drive to Paignton Zoo and Babbacombe Model Village. I would recommend this place to stay me and my boyfriend stayed from 22nd to the 29th the owner was really nice the breakfast was lovely and to say on the Monday there was a new owner you wouldn't of even been able to of known as it was just running as smoothly as the other two days we stayed in room number two got to say the bed was really comfy if i was to come back this is the place i would stay we got luck with parking due to are family being there so we didn't have to pay but there is parking just minutes away from the hotel the place is not far from the town and beach at allvery nice and welcoming

It was our first time at this hotel so was looking forward to it! When we arrived we were greeted by the new owners Hazel & Dave working hard as usal to make everything ship shape at their new guest house! What a welcome, so friendly & apologetic as they were cleaning ect! We were given an option of two rooms one with two single beds or another with a lovely double that was so comfy! Clean room with tv & nice variety of programs, tea/coffee with biscuits! Wiuld be nice maybe to have a hit chocolate for the night but hey no big deal just a little idea! Clean towels & rooms were spotless with clean towels, but also you fill questions about your preferences for brekfast! I only like hard eggs with no tomatoes & thats what they did & it was delicious! I noticed some children wanted pancakes & a gentleman had even chips with breakfast, so nothing was too much trouble! Considering they only took over 3 days before we arrived I think they were doing an amazing job in such a short time! We had a little problem with the shower holder as it was a bit loose, was fixed no oroblem! They would rather you tell them if you think of anything to help them be a success, and if they carry on the way their going I can't see a problem in the near future as we will definitely be calling back! Just to say the tables in the restaurant was a bit in the large size not much room,but Hazel did mention about changing them to smaller ones 👍 Would recommend staying here absolutely fabulous, well done & the best of luck for yournew adventure & hooe to see you all in the near future! Lisa made us extremely welcome and was very helpful with local information.Great breakfast especially the vegetarian sausage. Good shower and toiletries above average. Toilet seating a little cramped. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room is welcome. The 34 stairs to the second floor room are a serious issue if you are a senior citizen. No ceiling fans, as advertised, and top floor rooms quite warm.

Cherwood is a great family place yo stay. Me my wife and 2 children stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The host lisa is a very lovely and polite lady. Breakfast is a must if you stay as it is exactly what you need in the morning. Perfect and 10 out of 10. Rooms nice and clean. Cant ask for much more. Thank you lisa for a great stay and looking after our bags in tge morning as our train was at 2pm.

We were greeted upon arriving by a friendly lady who was very helpful with our parking etc, the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and to a high standard, once returning from seeing the sights and going to the cinema etc the place was nice and quiet. Firstly, the location is fantastic, only a minute and your on the seafront! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Requests for breakfast were very convenient, didn't have to stuck to the same routine every day, and lastly there was no pressure or fuss. Great stay, well worth another visit!!

We chose The Cherwood as a result of positive reviews, and we were not disappointed.We booked a standard room which was a bit cramped, however it was spotlessly clean.It is ideally situated with a car park just metres away.Breakfasts here are quite superb with regard to both quality and quantity.The lady at the helm is Lisa, who could not have been more helpful.As B&Bs go, this is clearly one of the better ones.I have no hesitation whatsoever in awarding this venue maximum stars.Well done Lisa and thank you.

We both really enjoyed our Stay and were impressed by everyone's friendliness and how clean and beautiful the room was and will be staying again

My 2 daughters and I stayed at the Cherwood between the 24/7 and 27/7. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the family room (bunk beds and a double) which was very clean and comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. The hosts were friendly and chatty and breakfast was a treat, fuelling us for long days of walking andbeach activities. The location is second to none, a minute from the beach and pier and close to shops and restaurants.

stayed for 2 nights Friday and Saturday with wife and son aged 3. had a really good stay. Lisa the owner was a very good host, really good breakfast. only downside is room was very warm and fan wasn't enough to cool it down. only 1 main window to let in fresh air but this would not put me off going back. would only consider this place when coming back to Paignton 100%

very welcoming, brilliant breakfast,room were very nice clean and up to date decor. Nice and close to beach/pier and shops. Parking about 1 minuets walk away.

We had a lovely time room was clean breakfast superb and well looked after by the owner. Thank you for keeping our case on departure day so we were free to enjoy the day without carrying our suitcase. Would always recommend this place.

The guest house was in an ideal location.The room was clean and had plenty of drawer space which I found very useful.The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.The staff were lovely.Would stay there again when I am down in Devon.

Stay for 2 night with 16 year old,enough room for us all. like the fridge in the room so we could have cold drinks & have a nice big walk in shower.Breakfast was good size & filled us up for the day.

We had a really nice time at Cherwood hotel. Staff very friendly. It is in a very good position for shops, pubs, beach and everything else you could need. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We booked this guest house after reading other reviews and happily they were right.we had a great room with separate room for our young son and it was bliss. He had his own tv and dvd and was chuffed.the breakfasts were substantial and basically everything was tasty and hot.lovely host and great stay thankyou

Great location - spacious spotlessly clean room,great value for money,good breakfast - would recommend and stay here again.Only thing that stops it getting 5 stars is the carpets - theyre clean but look quite old and dated.

We had a lovely stay at Cherwood,its a family run business and they are very friendly and helpful. It was also lovely and quiet which was great for getting the children off to sleep.

Received a very warm welcome on arrival, room was spotless with everything you need including super comfy beds!, bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Location was great just 1 mins walk from parking, seafront and pier, brilliant park for the kids also! Breakfast was lovely and the kids really appreciated the Easter eggs they were given on check out. Thank you. Will definitely be back for another visit one day.

Spotlessly clean, extremely welcoming and friendly landlady, bed was superb, so comfortable, excellent breakfast and a nice touch that I haven't seen anywhere else was a table top fridge in our room. Would definitely recommend this place to any one.

Great little family guesthouse. We spent just five Nights here , &found it excellent value for money Lisa our host did every thing to make out stay as pleasant & comfortable as possible , our room was well furnished with comfortable bed ,&En - suite shower & toilet facilities more than adequate . We found the preselect your own breakfast Time & menu system very helpful enabling us to vary times to suit our day's events. The menu being well prepared & cooked to order was of s very high standard.We would recommend without reservation.... Thank You Lisa &family team for s very pleasant few days . Pete & Pat Tyler

An excellent stay. Very convenient for railway station and seafront.

We stayed 3 nights here and thought the B & B was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and and had all the amenities you could want. The bathroom was small but not cramped and again was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked to order so was hot! I would definitely stay here again.

My husbund and I were made very welcome at the cherwood .fantastic breakfast, and plenty of it.our room was clean and fresh. The only thing was the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, could do with replacing.but other than that it was all very good.

Location is very good only a few yards walk to the sea front & not far from the Pier. Town centre is a ten min easy walk. Garfield Road is one way traffic with the no entry sign off the sea front which means it's not too noisy at night. The Hotel itself is very clean & well furbished,& the lighting is good.I'm a single female & stayed in the single double room on the ground floor situated at the front of the Hotel. Lisa the owner is approachable & helpful. When booking I informed her I was a vegetarian with Dairy & Yeast allergies. She got me the Soya milk & oat cakes that I'd requested. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was cooked well no greasy spoons here !!! I stayed here for 3 nights 30/31st Dec & 1st Jan & would highly recommend this Hotel...Well done Lisa you're doing a great job.

The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of the sea front and the town.We stayed in two family rooms and each one was tastefully decorated, light and airy, and our teenage daughter was delighted to find that her bed was in its own separate area with its own TV. The breakfast was very substantial with plenty of choice and our hosts, Chris and Lisa were very welcoming. The provision of car parking was also a much appreciated and thoughtful touch. I will definitely be recommending The Cherwood to family and friends looking for a delightful place to stay.

The Cherwood is very convenient for the town centre, seafront and access to local areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well arranged, and owners Chris & Lisa are very friendly and welcoming. We first visited at Easter and decided to make a return visit when we needed to stay in Paignton again. Thoroughly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, the breakfast was excellent and it didn’t feel that you were intruding in someone’s house as it can at some B&B’s but more like a mini hotel. We would defiantly stay again.

As we travelled home from our visit to your hotel, my elderly Mother spoke very fondly of both hotel and the care we received. Having travelled down from Somerset by train, it turned out to be in the perfect situation for us, being so close to the station, shops, parks and beach. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and you both provided super breakfasts. Above all, we felt the overall atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. What a wonderful little hotel. I found this on TripAdvisor, made an enquiry by email which was answered in 2 minutes, made a booking online which was confirmed (by the owner not automated) within 2 minutes.Upon arrival my wife, granddaughter (2 years old) and I were met by Pauline whomade us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and smelt fresh. Ample tea and coffee and a fridge in room which helped us with the little one.Breakfast was excellent. Extremely high quality ingredients.The owners focus on the BED and BREAKFAST. Quality bedding for a good nights sleep and an ample breakfast to sustain you for the day's activities.Well done. a very friendly hotel. I would have no hesitation in returning here in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

We booked for the Easter break as the kids were away camping and had a fab time!The room was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic!Pauline and staff made us feel very welcome! It was in a very convenient spot close to everything!We will be back in the future with the children as we know they will love it too!!!

cleanly decorated, peaceful. Fun staff/owners.Good breakfast, lots of choice and flexibility.Accomodating and free with tips and reccomendations for places to eat, where to get stuff etc. We were 2 adults and 2 kids in the same room and it was good fun.

Excellent hotel.Perfect location with parking available.Room was of very high standard with all you could wish for.The breakfasts were huge and very enjoyable. Really set you up for the day. Pauline was an amazing host and thought of everything to accommodate her guests, recommending places to visit and restaurants to dine at.
